The Viavi Solutions DSAM-2600B Digital Service Activation Meter is the industry leading high-speed data installer meter that enables increased numbers of cable modem installs per day.
Using exclusive digital signal processing and integrated DOCSIS chipset technology, the DSAM-2600B connects with the network CMTS to validate suitable conditions for cable modem installation from the subscriber's location. Equipped with signal level meter capabilities, including spectrum scanning for ingress assessment and mini-scan analysis of up to twelve analog and/or digital channels, the DSAM-2600B's auto-test capability makes installations easier and more consistent.
