The Rohde & Schwarz RTO1044 is a 4 channel, 4 GHz high-performance digital oscilloscope ideal for investigating steep edges and fast signals. Combining exceptional signal fidelity, high acquisition rate and the world's first real-time digital trigger system with a compact device format, the R&S RTO1044 offers the best in the 600 MHz to 4 GHz class.
The R&S RTO1044 has a 10-GHz single-core A/D converter offering an excellent dynamic range. It also delivers a high acquisition as well as analysis rate of up to 1 million waveforms per second. The digital trigger system feature of the R&S RTO1044 allows the oscilloscope to precisely identify narrow glitches (down to 50 ps) including their origin. The adjustable trigger enhances the scope's trigger sensitivity to signal characteristics.
The easy-to-use touchscreen with semitransparent dialog boxes, drag-and-drop measurement windows, and preview icons with live waveforms and configurable toolbar, lets you effortlessly achieve even the most complex measurement tasks.
