The Keysight N2800A is a 16 GHz InfiniiMax III Probe Amplifier that provides the best performance with flexible connectivity solutions, for measuring differential and single-ended signals for today's high-density ICs and circuit boards.

To match your probing requirements to your performance and budget, the Keysight N2800A offers four different InfiniiMax III probe amplifiers ranging from 16 GHz to 30 GHz. The next generation of InfiniiMax probing, the Keysight N2800A greatly expands the measurement competencies and usability of a probe capable of measuring all components of a differential signal. You do not require to adjust the probe tip connections with N2800A's built-in InfiniiMode technology to switch to differential, single-ended, and common mode measurements.
