TRS-RenTelco Digital Accessibility Statement
Our Policy and Commitment
McGrath is committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. We strive to provide digital experiences that are accessible to individuals with disabilities and to provide equal access to our websites and online services. Our current accessibility objective is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Levels A and AA, together with applicable federal and California accessibility requirements.
Ongoing Accessibility Program
Digital accessibility is an ongoing effort. McGrath works with Level Access and uses its digital accessibility platform and accessibility expertise to evaluate, test, and improve our digital properties. We incorporate accessibility considerations into the design, development, maintenance, and review of our websites and online services and address identified barriers as part of our continuing improvement process.
Third-Party Content
Some digital content or functionality may be provided by third parties. Although McGrath may not control that content or technology, we encourage third-party providers to offer accessible and user-friendly experiences and will work to identify reasonable alternatives when an accessibility barrier is reported.
Feedback, Assistance, and Accommodations
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of McGrath’s digital properties. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or require assistance or a reasonable accommodation to access our digital services, please email accessibility@mgrc.com. When possible, please identify the webpage or service involved and describe the issue. McGrath will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, service, or accommodation through an accessible method and to address reported barriers.
