4Ch 25 GHz, 3.5mm, 256 GSa/s, UXR Real-Time Oscilloscope
The Keysight UXR0254A real-time Infiniium oscilloscope is a 4- full bandwidth channel oscilloscope of the UXR series with low noise floor (< 1 mVms) and jitter (<25 fs).
This high-performance oscilloscope has a resolution of up to 10 bits and a bandwidth of 110GHz analog to digital converter. The UXR0254A is fully upgradable and has a standard memory depth of 200Mpts.

- Maximum sampling rate - 128 GS/s

- Can be self-calibrated optionally
- Lowest noise floor and jitter
- Highest ENOB of 6.2 at >=400 mVfs and 5.6 at 40 mVfs
