The Tektronix DPO77002SX Real-Time Oscilloscope has a flexible system configurations and users can position the oscilloscope close to the device under test, due to its compact and scalable size. With features like ultra-high bandwidth and real time signal acquisition, the DPO77002SX provides analysis up to 70 GHz analog bandwidth. The DPO77002SX's patented Asynchronous Time Interleaving (ATI) architecture provides low noise and high fidelity for real time signal acquisition for complex optical modulation analysis, jitter and noise analysis of high speed serial signaling and frequency, phase and modulation analysis of wideband RF signals.

The DPO77002SX provides an analogue bandwidth of 70GHz which can be used in two bandwidth channel configurations, single channel of 70GHz bandwidth or 2 channels of 33 GHz bandwidth in a single unit.
