90 GHz UXA Signal Analyzer Extended, 1.0 mm (m)
Characterize challenging millimeter-wave signals, such as 5G, 802.11, satellite, and radar signals with the Keysight N9041B-590 90GHz UXA signal analyzer. The N9041B-590 is capable of making continuous sweeps up to 90GHz and can capture lower-level spurious signals with DANL as low as -150 dBm/Hz (> 50GHz).
