DDR4 DIMM A/C/C/DQ Interposer for Keysight LA
The FS2501B DDR4 bus connector for Keysight (formerly Agilent) logic analyzers. Complete and accurate 2400 MT/s (FS2501B) for DIMM's. Complete and accurate 1867 MT/s (FS2502B) for SO-DIMM's. Burst sizes of 2, 4, or 8 supported. Write only, reads only, or writes and reads visible in most circumstances. Both x4 and x8 SDRAMS are supported. It includes clock qualifier feature to allow accurate testing in two rank systems. The FS2501B is a powerful logic analyzer probe that offers the following advantages:
- The FS2501B DDR4 logic analyzer probe does not occupy a memory slot. This ensures that you can probe a full set of dual in-line memory modules even if all slots are occupied with RAM sticks without needing to take one out to accommodate the connector
- Passively probes all signals
- The probe provides analysis up to sample rates of 4000MT/s
- Keysight EyeScan application allows the measurement the signal integrity for every individual bit on the DDR4 DIMM
- The probe is compatible with all 288-pin DDR4 SDRAM UDIMMs, RDIMMs and LRDIMMs
