225 MHz Universal Counter/Timer
Make fast, accurate, and precise frequency measurements with the Keysight (formerly Agilent) 53131A Universal Counter. With an intuitive user interface and one-button access to functions, the 53131A gives high-resolution measurements in less time. The Keysight 53131A can effectively measure parameters like frequency, period, pulse width, rise/fall time, duty cycle, and peak voltage.
The built-in statistics and math functions allow you to scale measurements and measure and track average, minimum, maximum, and standard deviations at the same time. With automated limit testing, you can set upper and lower limits for any measurement. The analog display mode helps you see whether measurements are within pass/fail limits.
Keysight 53131A Features and Specifications:

- Time interval: 500 ps
- 10- or 12-digit resolution; 1 s gate time
- 225MHz bandwidth (optional 1.5GHz, 3GHz, 5GHz, or 12.4GHz)
- GPIB interface and IntuiLink connectivity software standard
- Data transfer rate: up to 200 fully formatted measurements per second
