The N7973A is a full-feature supply, offering dynamic power and outstanding accuracy and is ideal for automated test equipment (ATE) systems. The highly precise, flexible Keysight N7973A can accurately capture DUT current profiles and efficiently accelerate test-system throughput. This power supply offers all the features of the Keysight N6900 Series with some added capabilities.
The N7973A power supply features a 2U full-rack footprint and built-in paralleling capability up to 10kW.
