The Rohde & Schwarz SMA100B-B120 is an RF and analog signal generator that has no competition when it comes to providing the purest output signals while sustaining the highest output power levels, without conceding on delivering maximum performance. A signal generator's absolute level accuracy is just as significant as its output power. The SMA100B-B120 excels with outstanding absolute level accuracy and quantitatively characterizes the nonlinear performance of an amplifier.
SMA100B-B120 Product Highlights
• Frequency range from 8 kHz to 3 GHz, 6 GHz, 12.75 GHz or 20 GHz
• SSB phase noise of less than -152 dBc (typ.) at 1 GHz and less than -132 dBc (typ.) at 10 GHz, each at 20 kHz offset
• Wideband noise less than -162 dBc (meas.) at 10 GHz and an offset of 30 MHz
• Remarkably low harmonics below -110 dBc at 1 GHz
• Extremely high output level
• Ultra-high output power
• Up to 38 dBm with the 6 GHz instrument
• Up to 32 dBm in the microwave frequency range with the 20 GHz instrument
• Advanced GUI with touchscreen
