The Tektronix TDS6804B digital storage oscilloscope 8 GHz, 20 GS/s provides unprecedented performance along with a complete feature set designed to address design validation, debug and compliance challenges of next-generation computer, datacom and communications equipment.
The Tektronix TDS6804B ensures accurate timing measurements with separate digitizers for each channel with maximum record length up to 32,000,000 points simultaneously on all four channels. The TDS6804B displays spectral magnitude and phase waveforms based on your time-domain acquisitions.
Features like the color LCD display on the TDS6804B help to identify and differentiate waveforms easily with color coding with waveforms, readouts, and inputs color matched to increase productivity and reduce operating errors.
