The Viavi Solutions Inc. (formerly JDSU) 2802 TestPad is a handheld Gigabit Ethernet test instrument for use by service providers offering various Ethernet services. The traffic generation and analysis capabilities of this rugged, battery-operated unit enables mobile technicians to install and troubleshoot 10/100/1000 Mbps-based Ethernet links by verifying physical layer connectivity and traffic throughput. The FST-2802 provides detailed link statistics and latency measurements via an easy-to-use graphical interface.
