The Fluke 1738 Power Logger with Fluke Connect mobile app and desktop software helps analyze load, power quality, and energy. You can gain real-time insights into the test equipment's energy status and power-quality logging.
The 1738 reduces connection uncertainties and logs more than 500 power-quality parameters with an easy-to-use graphical setup. You can monitor voltage, current, power, harmonics, and associated power-quality values for better energy consumption decisions. The Power Quality Health Summary (EN50160) function lets you accurately perform analysis and gives insights into overall electrical system health in order to optimize system reliability and savings. Use the device's digital verification for easy setup and reduced uncertainties and measurement errors.
Use the Fluke Energy Analyze Plus application software to graph problems or issues, or create IEEE519 reports for harmonic levels, voltage, current distortion, and load current.

1738 Power Logger Safety Rating
The Fluke 1738/EUS logger has a safety rating of 600V CAT IV/1,000V CAT III for use at the service entrance and downstream.
How Does the Fluke Connect App Help Field Engineers?
The Fluke Connect software lets you collect and store machine data from more than 80 Fluke tools and sensors. Fluke Connect lets you take readings on the go, receive alarms, and predict asset condition. Entire teams can access data on smart devices or computers.
Rent or lease Fluke 1738 power loggers online at TRS-RenTelco. Our technicians and metrologists calibrate the equipment in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-compliant laboratory. Get 24/7 customer support and fast shipping options nationwide.
Fluke 1738 meters provided by TRS-RenTelco include iFlex1500-12 current probes. These 12"" current probes work great for most branch panelboards but are often too short for large distribution panelboards and switchboards.
While TRS-RenTelco representatives assured me that the 24"" Fluke iFlex3000-24 could be provided as an option for Fluke 1738 rentals and followed up with a couple of quotations (9/20/2016 & 10/17/2017), TRS-RenTelco failed to supply them on 2 or 3 of our purchase orders. We finally received the iFlex3000-24, Qty 6 for our PO# issued 7/19/2018... although not by the promised date. The delayed delivery caused scheduling problems for us and almost caused us to default on a contract. Hopefully, TRS-RenTelco will maintain an adequate inventory of the iFlex3000-24 CTs for the Fluke 1738s.
Fluke engineers apparently listened to experienced field user complaints because the newer Fluke 1748 meters have both the 1500A and 3000A flex current probes in 24"" lengths. 12"" current probes are not available for the Fluke 1748 meters.
We would rent the Fluke 1748 as often as the Fluke 1738 if available.
Quality of Product
I am delighted with the service I get from TRS. All of the leads, clips, and other attachments are neatly stowed, so it's easier for me to unpack and repack the rented equipment.
