The Tektronix DPO4034B Mixed Signal Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope allows you to analyze up to 20 analog and digital signals, all with a single instrument.

You can record extended windows of signal activity while achieving fine timing resolution. The Wave Inspector controls on the DPO4034B provide feature-rich tools for automated serial and parallel bus analysis, rapid waveform navigation, automated power analysis, and limit and mask testing to streamline and accelerate debugging your design.
Use the DPO4034B to find anomalies quickly and capture them, to search your waveform record for the event and to analyze its features and your device's behavior in response to it.
The Tektronix DPO4034B's digital phosphor technology has a fast waveform capture rate (higher than 50,000 wfm/s) offering a high probability of identifying the infrequent problems common in digital systems quickly, provides you with prompt insight into the actual operation of your device.
